Q. I recently
purchased some dye/sealant from The Grout Dye Company and it is truely a great
product, I'm totally impressed (I've tried other products on the market and I
may as well have used paint). However, I don't care for the color I chose along
with my tile. I was wondering if there is such a thing as a dye/sealer that has
some metallic to it? Thank you for any information you have.

chose you are welcome to send it back for an even exchange for
another color, or if you would like we can make you a custom color
to match any color sample that you have.

Got my 2nd shipment today, thanks so much! I also got to start
on my floor today and it looks INCREDIBLE! My husband and I are shocked at the
difference! My mother in law hasn't even seen our floor yet and can't want to
order dye for her grout! Looking forward to putting it's stoutness to the test
with 4 kids 4 and under we should give it a run for it's money!

Wonderful
Results Using Your Grout Dye:
Dear Mike and Danielle,
Thank you for answering all my questions and helping me thorough the fear of
using your product. I ordered beautiful Spanish tile ten years ago and had this
very experienced installer use a dark brown grout to match the varied brown
tile, the tile had a textured surface to it and an irregular shape (I have used
this builder on other projects over the years with great results). To my horror
the grout dried a light gray and didn't match the tile. I blamed the installer,
but, since reading on the internet many people have had the same bad results
with this shade of grout. I decided to put a rug over the tile (after spending
thousands of dollars to have this tile installed) until I had the time to deal
with the problem myself. Ten years have passed and now that I am retired had the
time to tackle the project. With your companies expert help and the careful
preparation of the grout I applied the custom color that you made for me. What
great results!! The tiles (all 360 12" x 12" of them) are beautifully
framed by the brown grout that was meant to be. I can't tell you how pleased I
am with the results on this very large area of ceramic tile. I was afraid the
the amount I ordered (using your calculator) wouldn't cover the amount of tile I
had, but, it was the correct amount with some left over in case I need to touch
it up.
My question is:
How can I properly store the grout dye to keep it fresh the longest? I have one
unopened bottle plus a small amount in another. Can it be frozen or just kept in
a cool dark place? And what is the shelf life?
Again, Thank you so much, the grout and tile look great with the brown dye that
you custom mixed (and matched to the sample I sent perfectly).

Thank you Michael for your quick reply and action. I have
received the package with tracking document # 0309 3220 0000 7004 3953. Your
product was an answer to my prayer. The repair job on my floor matched exactly
and saved me many dollars on not having to replace the whole floor.

Here is a photo of our newly remodeled
kitchen floor. The original grout dried too light. I was able to pick the
perfect color grout dye using the Home Depot color chart. Here is the floor half
way done with the grout dye. As you can see it made a drastic difference. We are
so happy to have found you. You saved our kitchen floor.

Just wanted to tell you that the Grout Dye we received is working
as advertised... My wife loves the color, and our tile looks beter
than it did when it was new..
