How will I know if you've received my order?
When you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via
e-mail from PayPal. Additionally, you will see the order confirmation page after
you submit your order. Be sure to print this screen and keep it handy in case

What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we offer only offer Priority shipping 3-5 day ground. If you
require faster shipping or shipping through another carrier, please
let us know..
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping charges are automatically computed when you place your order. The
shipping charges are computed according to the product weight and time zones
(distance from our location).
To reduce shipping costs, we use boxes that fit our most popular items,
reducing the need for extra packing material that adds nominal weight to a box.
My order needs to be shipped outside of the continental United States. How
do I do this?
We do ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii and other Countries. If you'd like to
ship outside of the United States, please call us toll-free at (888) 249-0240 or
e-mail to groutdye@aol.com.
We understand that you may be in a grout color
dilemma or are eager to get started with your coloring project,
but we make all of our colorants fresh for every customer to insure color
accuracy, product reliability, and extended shelf life up to 2 years.
We can only ship your order on
business days. So please allow yourself and us, a reasonable amount of time to
receive your product. If you have a question about your order, please send

include the name that the order was placed under and the exact date of that the
order was placed.
Out
of Stock Items Take Longer.
Due to the overwhelming response we have had with
our products, all items that we use to produce your colorant might not be in
stock and may have to be ordered from the warehouse. If they are back-ordered,
We will contact you to let you know when you should expect to receive your
order.
Out-of-stock items usually take two weeks to
arrive..
